Cultures are changing
People are moving...traveling from one spot in the world to another. Goods are moving from one culture to another. All over the world people are eating the same foods, buying the same clothes, listening to the same music. Cultures are changing...influenced by one another.
Is your culture changing? How has it been influenced by other cultures? Post a comment.
When I lived in Korea, I usually bought American brand clothes; for example, I bought Levis, Guess and Calvin Klein. These are very popular in Korea. Many people like these brands. Fast foods that are popular include McDonald's, Burger King and KFC.

I have been living in the U.S since 1999. Therefore, I have been influenced a lot by American culture. For example, I have never eaten hamburgers and pizzas but, nowadays, I sometimes try to eat them. In addition, I did not like casual style clothes but now I usually like a casual look.

Korean usaully share their foods while eating, these days they own their individual plate for each. It was influenced by American culture. In the future, I'll be afraid that we couldn't recognize we were influence by others.

At the university where I work there are students from many different countries. I have taught technology classes to students from India, Holland, China, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and Zimbabwee. We are all learning from each other and our experiences are enriched. I often eat out at a Thai restaurant, and I drive home in a car made in Japan.

I went to Taiwan (on a business trip) and they took me to Starbucks for lunch!

In my opinion, Korean people still need to eat traditional food and they like it. Sometimes they will enjoy fast food. but they really like traditional foods. For example kimchi, rice...
