Mexican food is a big hit in the U.S.

Americans love Chinese and Italian food, but Mexican food is so popular nowadays that it is becoming a part of American culture. Not only is it influencing the way Americans eat, it is affecting market sales as well. Americans now buy more "salsa" then ketchup. In Korea, there are many kinds of foods, so I have eaten many kinds of foods from other countries. Among them, my favorite food is Japanese food. Actually, in Korea, Japanese food is popular. However, I really didn't like raw food, so I didn't like sushi and sashimi.; However, when I arrived in the US, I was surprised because many Americans liked Japanese food. I tried it and found it was very delicious. As a result, my favorite food is now sushi.

While I live in the university dorm, I eat many foods from other countries - Italian, Mexican, American foods, and so on... I enjoy the foreign tastes, but I still miss my traditional food. Also, when I ate pizza in Korea, I wanted to eat kimchi. Then, I asked a shop-assistant if I could have it. I think most people enjoy foreign foods, but always remember their traditional foods.

We are in millenium century. We got so many imformation in a short time. We are get use to it and we want to be faster and something new. It's same on food trend. Franchises have to follow craving desire, stimulus and new. Like Mexican, Korean, japanese, vietnamese, and so on. I also have same trend like anyother. What's my favorite? Heajanggook, which is Korean.

I’m not sure how many ethnic dishes I had in past days, Italian, Chinese, Korean, American, Mexican, German, Russian and so on. Even though people are inclined to like other ethnic dishes, they don’t become to dislike their own food. They cannot change their sense of the taste easily. It is natural that they sometimes want to have different taste. I found it in my days in USA, because I was tired of American or Mexican taste in daily life. Which ethnic dishes in foreign country do I like most? My answer is up to the case. I love Japanese dishes.

I saw some Mexican food in the cafeteria. It looked like American food. At first, I confused it with American food, but it was Mexican food. Taco Bell is a famous fast food Mexican restaurant in America. You can easily eat Mexican food in Taco Bell. Nowadays, American want stimulating food with a spicy taste. Americans like the special taste of sauce, but I don't like Mexican food because sauces are strange to me.
