Morgan Spurlock says "Supersize Me"

Supersize Me DebatePeople all over the world are getting fatter, and a large number of these people are becoming obese. Why is it happening? One reason is that people are overeating. Another is that they are getting little or no exercise.

Many people blame the fast food industry. Morgan Spurlock does. He thinks fast food is harmful for your health.  To prove his point,  he has directed a documentary movie about his experience eating all his meals at McDonalds for one entire month.

Humans cannot control their eating. According to Dr. Morgan Spurlock, human history began as eating culture. All humans want to eat more foods-anytime and anywhere. It is a human instinct, so no humans can easily control it. However, many fast food restaurants are trying to sell their high fat foods. I think, that is one of causes of obesity because many people can find more foods in fast food restaurants so easily.

I don't think fast food should be blamed for the global epidemic of obesity. Even though fast food includes a lot of fat, we can't prevent an increase in the number of fast food chains, such as McDonald, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Domino Pizza. We are already accustomed to eating meals at the restaurants. So the fast food culture has already entered into our country, and we can't prevent the epidemic. So I think we should control ourselves to prevent obesity. After we eat fat food, we should exercise regularly. That is the best way not to be obese.

I think McDonald's is not wrong. They have the right to sell people their products. Also, We have the choice to choose delicious food. We have to control ourselves. So, fast food should not be blamed. To become obese is our fault entirely. We have to feel responsible for ourselves.

In my country, obesity rate more and more increase. I think that the main cause is food habitant. Especially, since fastfood became popular in my country, many children became obese person. It's big problem so people can blame fastfood companies.

I think fast food is harmful. Fast food is full of fat. Hamburgers have lettuce and that is a vegetable, but hamburgers are also covered with mayonnaise. Also, fast food chains sell french fries that are fried in oil and toxic soft drinks.

A human is not an animal. That menas, they have a knowledge to judge which is good or bad. They have to control their bodies themselves. When people eat fast food, they need to more exercise if they don't want to be obesed. I think it is impossible to remove fast food chains in the world, so eating fast food or not is people's choices.

These days, young people are busier than in the past. They spend little time eating in a day, and they look for fast food's stores to save time. They eat fast food that is full of calories, but work out only a little bit. In conclusion, busy modern people need fast foods, but they have to make an effort not to become the obese. They have to have self control.

I agree with Morgan's opinion. The fast food industry must be blamed for the global epidemic of obesity. Some time ago, I read an article about how harmful fast food is. Especially, the fried food includes many harmful things for our health. Sometimes, they induce some kinds of cancer. I wish the fast food could be eliminated forever.

Recently, many people prefer fast food, because it's fast and they can save time. Most Americans eat fast food much more often than Koreans or people from other countries. Also, there are many obese people in America. I think that the reason for the global epidemic of obesity is westernization. Fast food can not be totally blamed for the global epidemic of obesity.
